Z-Subsea asset (Pipeline, Subsea, Riser and Topside facilities) integrity Engineering group provides integrated full life cycle services to the oil and gas industry. The group involvement starts from Concept/Design phase and continues to Construction, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation and Operation phases. Due to the growth in the number of aged assets around the world such as North Sea, the group specifically offers specialised services beyond the design life or assets Life extension.

Risk-based integrity management (qualitative and semi-quantitative)
Integrity management to DNVGL RP-F116, ASME B31.8S and other
Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) using industry recognised codes/standards
Fitness for service (FFS) assessments to major code and standards such as, DNVGL RP-F101, PDAM, ASME B31G and API579-1/ASME FFS-1 based upon in-line inspection (ILI) or conventional NDT techniques
Fracture and fatigue assessment using Engineering Critical Assessment (ECA) method BS7910, DNVGL RP-F108, API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 and API 1104
Remaining life calculations (future integrity assessment)
Life extension analysis and assessments to NORSOK N-001, ISO 19900/19902, API RP2A-WSD and client’s internal procedures
